Jazz Hills Apartments

At Jazz Hill Homes, we are proud to be part of a legacy deeply rooted in Kansas City’s architectural and cultural history. Located along the storied Paseo Boulevard, our community includes eleven historic apartment buildings originally constructed between 1901 and 1913. These buildings reflect the distinctive colonnaded style that defined early 20th-century apartment living in Kansas City. A testament to the city's embrace of beauty, function and urban innovation during the City Beautiful Movement.

Our current revitalization efforts aim to restore the grandeur of these once-fashionable residences, preserving their historic character while upgrading them for modern living. This initiative builds upon the district's original mission: transforming blighted areas into vibrant, high-quality housing. Each restoration respects the original materials, design elements, and architectural integrity, ensuring that the spirit of the past remains alive while meeting the needs of today’s residents.

By investing in Jazz Hill Homes, we’re not just preserving buildings, we’re restoring a vital piece of Kansas City’s urban fabric and reactivating a historically rich neighborhood that was once a hub of community, beauty, and progress.
